He loves teaching, and although he is a superb and well-known consultant in his field, he had always wanted to teach. Now he is. it just took about 30-some years, that's all. :-) Hopefully it won't take that for your husband to land his dream job (!), but the point is change is a constant. And the little guy is adorable !
